Karen Jones is a Certified Mortgage Loan Officer and the founder of Strategy4SuccessNow, a coaching and marketing systems company established in 2012. As an active, full-time mortgage originator with more than two decades of production experience, Karen continues to apply the same strategic systems she teaches to real estate professionals across the industry.

Her 32-year career at Bank of America included seven years in the mortgage division and multiple leadership roles as a Vice President, where she trained teams, developed talent, and supported career growth across the financial and real estate sectors. After leaving Bank of America in 2010, Karen transitioned fully into mortgage banking, serving as a successful loan originator for more than 15 years at independent mortgage companies.

Karen’s deep involvement in real estate marketing — along with her passion for teaching and coaching — led to the creation of Strategy4SuccessNow. Her work focuses on helping agents implement practical, strategic, and repeatable systems that improve communication, strengthen seller confidence, and elevate the overall client experience. Agents who apply these systems consistently often experience meaningful, measurable growth in their businesses.

Karen lives in Arizona with her family. She continues to explore emerging tools in the real estate marketing space and considers AI one of the most innovative resources available today, with the potential to enhance nearly every aspect of an agent’s business.

Jennifer Jones, a Fine Arts graduate from the Rochester Institute of Technology, infuses enthusiasm into her role as a fine artist. A skilled Illustrator, trained photographer, website designer, and videographer, Jenny channels her diverse talents as a Marketing Concierge at Strategy4SuccessNow. Specializing in showcasing small business owners and real estate professionals with flair, Jenny's work has been exhibited in various venues, including the prestigious Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art as well as Rochester Institute-Fine Arts Division.

Passionate about travel and attuned to every detail, Jenny's artistic evolution mirrors her life experiences. With a background in interior design and a knack for staging homes for sale, she employs everyday materials and found objects to create stunning pieces in printmaking, painting, and drawing.

Jennifer's love for video persists as she continuously discovers new ways to turn the ordinary into works of art. Drawing inspiration from everyday elements, words, emotional simplicity, travel, aged objects, and life itself, she listens attentively to her clients. By understanding their mind's-eye desires, Jennifer works her magic, creating meaningful and enchanting pieces.
