As an active, full-time mortgage originator with more than two decades of production experience, Karen continues to apply the same strategic systems she teaches to real estate professionals across the industry. Her 32-year career at Bank of America included seven years in the mortgage division and multiple leadership roles as a Vice President, where she trained teams, developed talent, and supported career growth across the financial and real estate sectors. After leaving Bank of America in 2010, Karen transitioned fully into mortgage banking, serving as a successful loan originator for more than 15 years at independent mortgage companies. Karen’s deep involvement in real estate marketing — along with her passion for teaching and coaching — led to the creation of Strategy4SuccessNow. Her work focuses on helping agents implement practical, strategic, and repeatable systems that improve communication, strengthen seller confidence, and elevate the overall client experience. Agents who apply these systems consistently often experience meaningful, measurable growth in their businesses. Karen lives in Arizona with her family.
